1. What kind of company is TechFly?
2. What things have they finished? What things haven’t they finished?

TechFly is an IT company which develops websites for small businesses. The company has created more than 10 websites so far. Currently they are working on a site for a local grocery shop. They haven’t finished it yet, but they have already done most of the work. Now TechFly needs to set up a meeting with the client to discuss the progress. They have just called the client.
