Your comrades, your commanders and the Nation will depend on your courage , loyalty and commitment. They will rely on you to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and self-discipline at all times. In short they must trust you, and you have to trust them.
The values and standards of a soldier are vital for success of operations. The key is to build and maintain that trust which is so essential for the establishment of absolute confidence between members of a team. These values and standards all enable the Army to continue to serve the Nation in the future.
